Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TrendyHub4U. We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our business (dropshipping), we have specific conditions.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer no longer wants the item (Buyer’s Remorse)
  • Delayed delivery due to customs, logistics, or other external reasons
